  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

📝 Job Summary

The Senior Sales Person is responsible for driving revenue through direct property sales, managing high-value client relationships, mentoring junior sales staff, and supporting overall business growth. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, executing follow-up strategies, and ensuring a seamless experience for buyers.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle direct inquiries and convert qualified leads into sales
  • Conduct site visits, product presentations, and close deals independently
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and legal documentation with clients
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and documentation teams for smooth execution
  • Mentor and guide junior sales personnel and assist in team target achievement
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Participate in exhibitions, launches, and networking events to promote the brand

  • Proven track record in closing real estate or high-value sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and capable of working under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM software and real estate documentation process
  • Vehicle and willingness to travel for site visits or meetings
