In 2017, S.K. Patel founded Kaavyaratna Group in Gandhinagar, focusing on real estate development and construction. The group, operating under the Shree Rang Group since 2009, has successfully completed a variety of projects, including luxury bungalows and commercial spaces, totaling over 3.76 million square feet across 20 developments.

A native of Vasai (Dabhla) in Mehsana, Patel earned his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering in 2010 and began his career at Popular Construction. He later spent 25 years at Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, where he rose to senior management. After retiring in 2011, he founded Kaavyaratna Group, leveraging his extensive experience to drive the company’s growth.

Currently, Kaavyaratna Group has three ongoing projects at GIFT City and six projects in Gandhinagar.

Giving credit to his team members, Suresh Patel elaborates, “All team members are like pillars of the company, helping us execute ambitious projects with ease. It is their deep-rooted commitment that has enabled the company to achieve greater heights with every new project.”
