π Job Summary
As a Junior Sales Person in our real estate division, you will be the first point
of contact for potential home buyers and investors. You will assist in
showcasing properties, answering client queries, generating leads, and
supporting the senior sales team in closing deals. This role is ideal for
enthusiastic and ambitious individuals looking to grow in the real estate
industry.
π Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers during site visits and provide complete property
walkthroughs
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools)
- Coordinate with the senior sales team to close deals
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
- Attend exhibitions, site launches, and promotional events
- Support after-sales services such as documentation and registration
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends
π― Requirements
- Strong communication skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred)
- Confidence in customer interactions and presenting products
- Ability to learn about real estate products and legal documentation
- Good knowledge of local geography and property markets
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, CRM tools)
- Own vehicle preferred (for site visits)
